Is the use of your fitness room and the sauna included in the rate?

Yes. Our guests do not pay an extra fee for using those facilities. You will find a professionally equipped gym and a sauna with sky-ceiling. Work-out and relax!

Do you offer lunch/dinner and where can I go to for a proper meal?

We serve breakfast only and our bar is open 24/7 serving drinks. In our direct neighbourhood you will find a selection of very good restaurants: from swabian kitchen to international food, we will gladly assist you to find the right restaurant.

Do you have a guest kitchen or rooms with a kitchenette?

For 5€/day you can use our fully equipped guest kitchen. For long-term guests (minimum stay of 14 nights) the use of the guest kitchen is included in the rate. The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, locked refrigerators with freezer and much more. And the closest supermarket is just a few steps away.

Do you have rooms for smokers?

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. However, on the fourth floor you will find a nice terrace to enjoy your cigarette including a nice view, of Böblingen.

Can I bring my pet?

You are welcome to bring your dog for an extra charge. Please let us know in advance in your reservation request. If you would like to bring any other pets except dogs, please get in touch with us.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

All of our rooms have air conditioning. Therefore you will also enjoy staying at the Böhler’s on hot summer days.

I will arrive pretty late. Can I check in anytime?

Our reception desk is available 24/7. Should you arrive after 11 p.m. the entrance doors might be closed, but if you ring the night bell, the night porter will open the door for you.

What is your free cancellation policy?

In general, you can cancel your reservation until 24 hours before arrival (2 p.m. the day before arrival date) without any penalty. Depending on specific company contracts or other factors like group reservations other policies may apply. Please contact us for more information.

Is breakfast included in the rate?

If you book directly with us breakfast is included. Therefore, booking directly with us is beneficial for you. If you book via expedia, booking.com, HRS or other sites, you will be charged an additional fee for breakfast.

Does the hotel offer free parking?

Yes. We offer parking in our backyard and on top of the hill behind the hotel, approximately 50 m from the hotel. Take the street that goes uphill next to our house. The entrance to our backyard is immediately at the end of our building. Free parking is also available on top of the Schlossberg (the hill) on the right hand side. Between 6 pm. and 9 am. you can use any public parking space in close proximity to the hotel, in this time period it’s free.

I have some issues with allergies / food intolerance!

We provide lactose- and gluten free products for breakfast upon request. Please let us know your requirements and we will do whatever is necessary to make you enjoy our breakfast.

I will be arriving by train. How can I reach the hotel from the train station?

Leave the train station towards the historical city centre. Follow Bahnhofstrasse, cross the junction Elbenplatz and follow Stadtgrabenstraße uphill until you reach Postplatz. There you will be standing directly in front of the hotel at Postplatz 17. As an alternative you can take a taxi. You will find taxis directly in front of the train station.

How far away is the hotel located from Stuttgart exhibition and the airport?

Both, exhibition and airport, are approximately 17 km away from Hotel Böhler Böblingen. By car, diriving times are approx. 15-20 min., increasing to approx. 30 min during rush hour.

How far away is the hotel from the Panzer Kaserne and Patch / Kelley Barracks?

The Panzer Kaserne is about 2 km or 7 min by car from Hotel Böhler. Patch and Kelley Barracks are in Stuttgart and can be reached by car in approx. 15-20 min.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Your room will be ready for you as of 2 p.m. Please leave the room on the day of your departure by 11 a.m. If you wish for any alternations of those time frames please contact us at reception desk.

WHAT SPECIAL HYGIENE MEASURES DO YOU TAKE WITH REGARD TO COVID-19?

All guests and employees wear mouth and nose protection in public areas to protect each other. We also ask our guests to wear the mouth and nose protection in public areas. Disposable masks (mouth and nose protection) can be purchased from us at any time.

“We keep our distance” signs and rules of conduct can be found in all relevant areas. Disinfectants are available in all public areas for our guests. The public areas are cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals in accordance with the currently applicable hygiene regulations. The same applies to the door handles, light switches and handrails.

We still offer our rich and popular breakfast buffet. However, we ask for your understanding that disposable gloves are necessary and available at the reception desk. For safety reasons, this prevents you from coming into direct contact with breakfast utensils such as tongs, etc., which is also used by other guests. We will ensure your safety and will be happy to assign you a seat in our breakfast and restaurant area. Masks can be removed once you are seated at the table in the breakfast area. In the breakfast area our tables are placed in such a way that a minimum distance of 1.5 m is maintained.

Room cards as well as pens are disinfected each time they are handed out and received.

Hygiene and cleanliness have top priority! For this reason, our employees are regularly trained in accordance with current hygiene regulations.

Basically you get the best rate if you book directly with us. Go to our homepage and get in touch with us via the online-booking system, E-Mail or telephone. Any other site like booking.com, expedia or HRS will be more expensive.
